I know its tough..

Deary,

I know it has been a tough year a so for you. You say that everyone thinks you are strong but you say there is a limit for everything. Fair enough. But you should know that the human mind is built in such a way that by passing your limit, you will only become stronger and stronger.

It does not matter how many times you break down because i will always be here every single time that happens, to listen and to keep you close to me. I will also remind you that you are never alone and will always remind of you happy memories that you had and will have in future. That is a promise that i would never break. And hey hey hey! I have not broken any promise i made you eh?

Thanks Mr Balti :)

Have not been updating for such a long time. Basically I have been procrastinating like quite a bit with work. What is new. This month has taught me many great lessons of life. Interesting yet insightful.

Speaking to Mae this morning, brings me loads of memories. The time where we picked at each other, yelled and like slam our doors. I think she is growing into a pretty young lady, a person who is much more independent. Someone that I can start sharing my secrets with. The 7 year gap is inching closer every minute, I truly miss my mae mae.

Essay is due in like a week, and basically I have this paranoia disease that when I start reading journals, I keep re-reading them thinking that I might have missed out on something. I must start actually clicking on the microsoft windows icon and get my fingers to work....

Snore...

15th-Sep-2007 08:08 pm - for both of you....
Today marks a day that I guess it makes me sigh go awww and everything. Juliana Stacy Lau Ji Ping, my sister the one who tricks me nearly making me cry. Yes the one who likes hit me violently, I believe today marks a day that really sealed her lips, heart. Having her in my life for I think 8 years, I have to say this must be something that she will never forget. I guess when it comes to matters of the heart, this time it has really shown her that distance is not all that matters. Miss Lau I am seriously really happy for you :)

More updates .....

School has started. I can feel the impending stress that is going to fall onto my shoulders again. Sometimes I just wish that I am back in Singapore, bumming around hanging out with the 2 bs, traveling to Siglap by taxi even though its 10 mins away from my house. Hong Kong Cafe...Ya da ya da. Yes I am so missing all those days.

Chatted with Miss Lau for pretty long, introduced her to mole rat. Miss that stupid cock like so so much. Growing up with her was both a joyous and painful. I guess having a person like her by oneside is just such a blessing. I have to say she is my sister, a sister not related by blood but someone whom I know I will always have her in my life. Talking to her brings me hell alot of laugh, her constant jabbering on human vital parts. Hilarious.

I am jabbering...hahaha more updates soon

School has finally started, well I will be embarking on a long tedious stressful year. Third and final year. Looking back I am amazed that time really passed superbly fast, it is pretty like seating on those tea cups rides which spins you around. Timetable is rather weird, with two days break on Tuesday and Wednesday. My room is like finally like packed, with all my past barang barang. I am pretty in love with my current room. Manor Park does looks like those retirement home for the aged. Heheh very conducive to study.

Guess what, I cant find my stupid ipod cable. Fing annoyed.
29th-Aug-2007 02:48 pm - venice part 2
Alright before I update on my venice trip again. I moved! Yeap to manor park, will be posting my address soon. So presents, parcels and everything pop me a mail or what, will be totally glad and willing to give you  my address. I have to admit that this place is quite a beauty, though my room faces some ungodly field and I can actually see the huge cathedral from here. So yeah it kind of balances up. Will be updating more on my area again, once I have taken like more pictures.

Venice

Day 2 was much better. Much more familiar with the winding street names like rialto, san marco. Italian's love to name their streets with like an o at the back of the word. Stressing on the o is really important too! First night at the hotel was pretty ok, practically freaked out and my sleep was not that great afterall. Well I guess the interior was nice, very venetian, wallpapered walls, heavy tapestry. So it looks like those castle interiors so yeah being paranoid me, I kept imagining that someone was looking at me. Bollocks.

View of those canals in Veneto

Mission of that day was to visit 2 churches namely, St Marc Basillica and St Maria de Salut. Wicked architecture, the gothic look, spiral staircases, mosiacs. I think there I just love visitng churches in Europe,  I will arch my neck and  look uptowards the ceilings or domes. Huge work of arts will be staring down at me, faded but still popping up to a man's eyes. Brilliant. So the day was like spents admiring places, strolling down the streets, getting a hot cup of cappucino. Pure bliss I have to say. Venice is awfully pretty, won't hesitate to head back there for the third time. The flight back home to uk was pretty fine, managed to like sleep again. I know I am quite a pig. Rushed to china town, we were that desperate for like roasted duck that we called up the restaurant 4 seasons to book a place. I mean haha bloody hilarious man....more on manor park on the next entry.

Around St Marc's Square

Nutella Crepe ....Terri this pic is for you.

Chinatown 4 seasons...

* Jules if you are reading this I will post an entry for you on how to make eggs with tomatoes. Pictures and steps will be included.

So yes I really went on a backpacking trip with who else presenting my buze! My second time heading to that lagoon area - venice. Pretty much can be a guide at venice, never really got lost :) So yes melissa louise chew jing si went to the airport the day before her departure and slept there like overnight. Read that overnight ok. Dont play play, I'm ready like to climb mt fuji or something. I have to comment that stanstead airport is really quite good, thought that it would be a dead town like everything thing all shut down. Nah people stanstead is quite happening, there is like a 24hrs boots, pontis and like other cafes where both of us did not explore. Having a boyfriend whom is so techy is really a benefit, the lap top was there, there was the thing where you could split the ear phones and then you can like watch a movie on a mac. Together. Wicked eh.. So basically I had to forced my puny eye balls like to stay open, so 'bones' kept us company, David Boreanaz is like the ultimate hottness lah. Yes I clearly remembered how I used to ask my parents to allow me to watch Buffy and Angel. Wah hotteness to the maximum man. Shecks.

Venice here we come.....

So it ws ryanair that jet setted be off to the land of like hotties Italy - Venice. I have to say the flight was pretty fine, not much turbulence but I think it is because of the air sickness pill that I've purchased. Stepping into Venice was brilliant, the total different architecture, England houses are like mostly pretty dull on the exterior but the ones in Venice were damn like happy. The different shades of colours. It just makes one smile, the small balconies on each window decked with like flowers. So Happy. The weather was remarkbly hot, thank goodness I brought my capris.

Checked in and like the first thing we did was to walk through the streets of Venice. The intertwining roads that makes one super utterly confuse, the smell of the grand canal, the frequent stops and ordering a cup of lime slushie to quench our thirst and like keep us cool. Its really interesting how on can like walk the amount that we did, but it was all good. So we finally managed to find our way to like the main square - St Marcs. The sight was unbelievable, the throngs of people surrounding us plus the weather. Went to look at the Doges Palace.
Second time going the
re but it was still good, the huge amount of stairs that we had to climb but it was all worth it. One thing I love about europe is the life size paintings that stares back at you, the mosiacs, the stautues the long wide stairs, all the tiny details. Words just cant describe, one has to be there to experience it.

Dodges Palace .....

Gelato to cool us down

Dinner was the usual italian fare..pizza and ginnochi with cream and bacon. The day was fruitful, my legs and back hurt like mad. All was well....day 2 coming soon !!
